5 years ago started service my car there and the issues started to come out. Pidoux said don't worry your car is under warranty. So injectors went off, then motor starter, then sensor. I didn't come back to fix the sensor got it fixed at Stansted mercedes and went for servicing to Brooklands. Since then my trouble has finished until this May I went to service car in Epsom cause in Brooklands the queue was to long. And all started again. At Epsom they changed gearbox oil then gearbox broke down and I was stupid enough to come back to them. They fixed gearbox but 4 days later cooling system broke down. Never gonna come back to Epsom too. Coincidence? Who knows. But my advice to you avoid these "golden arms" boys too.

I took out a service plan and they picked up the car from my home and back and the whole process was so simple. Got an email to show the progress of my service and a call to tell me everything. This was nothing like what i experienced in Brentford and this is where ill be going from now for all my car needs..
